MyCVBuilder is committed to protecting and ensuring your privacy. The information that you supply us and which is stored by us will only be used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The only information kept on our systems is the following:
- Personal details you used to register and subscribe
- Any data you entered to include into you CV
Besides that we do not store any other data. Your card details used for payment are not stored by us, and nor by Worldpay Plc, who process payments on our behalf.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information stored on your computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. The only cookie that is stored on your computer is when you log into MyCVBuilder as a trial or subscribed member. The use of the cookie is to enable the website to recognise you as a registered member and to enable you to access only your information that you have entered as part of your CV creating process. When you log out the cookie is cleared. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.
Changing Information
You are free to change any information you have entered into MyCVBuilder. You information will remain so long as you are a subscribed member. If your membership expires and you do not wish to renew your membership, you may email us with a request to remove all of your details.
Information Access
We do not sell, rent or supply your details to any third parties. Employers or recruitment agencies may wish to see your CV. However, you have full control as a subscribed member, whether to allow your CVs to be viewed or not.
E-Mail
We do not sell or rent your E-mail address, or make it available to any third party. Your privacy is honoured by us. We may email you to keep you updated on new features, news, tips and advice and also information about your membership when it is appropriate or necessary.
